Vineyards of Most
This area of extremely dry climate has a relatively heterogeneous relief and number of rock steppes. Basalt soil dominates here. The production is not only concentrated on standard wines, but also on the kosher wines. These wines are produced according to the old Jewish tradition and under
the strict hygienic conditions. The whole procedure is supervised by rabbi. "Ryzlink rynsky" [Petit Riesling], "Muller-Thurgau", "Zweigeltrebe" and "Svatovavrinecke" [St. Lawrence's] are cultivated mostly. The region of 86.5 acres of vineyards is located on a waste dump of the Hrabak quarry and thus contributes to
a re-culturing of the Most landscape.
